बरेली। थाना भोजीपुरा क्षेत्र के मनेहरा गांव के रहने वाले शरीफ अहमद पुत्र नन्हें ने जिलाधिकारी से शिकायत की है कि उसके भाई रईस अहमद के पित्त में पथरी थी गांव का ही एक लड़का शादाब जो महेशनाथ अस्पताल में लैब में काम करता है वह उनको महेशनाथ अस्पताल ले गया वहां डॉक्टर दीपक गंगवार को दिखाया उन्होंने ऑपरेशन बताया रईस अहमद के पित्त का ऑपरेशन किया गया उनके साथ डॉक्टर मोहित विश्वास सर्जन भी थे उन्होंने भी ऑपरेशन के समय रईस अहमद को ओटी में ले जाकर एक इंजेक्शन लगाकर बेहोश कर दिया और पित्ताशय का ऑपरेशन कर दिया कुछ दिन बाद रईस अहमद को तकलीफ हुई और ऑपरेशन की जगह से मवाद आने लगा तो उन्होंने इसकी शिकायत डॉक्टर दीपक गंगवार से की उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि ठीक हो जाएगा इन लोगों ने फर्जी तरीके से उसके आयुष्मान कार्ड को फर्जी बनाकर पैसे निकाल लिए और इलाज में काफी रुपया भी वसूल कर लिया अब वह रईस अहमद जिंदगी और मौत से जूझ रहा है इधर दूसरे अस्पताल में दिखाया तो उन्होंने सेप्टीसीमिया बताया डॉ दीपक गंगवार ने अपनी गलती स्वीकार की और कहा कोई नस कट गई होगी ठीक हो जाएगा रईस अहमद की हालत दिन प्रतिदिन गिरती जा रही है शरीफ अहमद ने बताया कि ऑपरेशन के समय उन्होंने कई जगह अंगूठा लगवा कर उसे जिम्मेदारी से पल्ला झाड़ लिया था शरीफ अहमद ने आज जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष शिकायत करते हुए कहा कि इस महेशनाथ अस्पताल के खिलाफ जांच कर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए और दोषी डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की जाए और डाक्टर का लाइसेंस रद्द किया जाए क्योंकि उनकी लापरवाही से उनका भाई जिंदगी और मौत से जूझ रहा है।
