बरेली। पहले तो पत्नी से विवाद के चलते 8 माह की बच्ची को जबरन मां से दूर रखा गया फिर उसकी मौत की खबर भी छुपाई गई जिसके चलते महिला ने कप्तान से शिकायत की है। थाना फतेहगंज पश्चिमी के ग्राम धनतिया निवासी नाजुल पत्नी जुनैद ने बताया कि उसका अपने पति जुनैद पुत्र इरशाद निवासी शेरगढ़ से पारिवारिक विवाद चल रहा है और प्रार्थनी मायके रह रही है। उक्त विवाद कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है एवं आठ माह की बच्ची मोमिना को जुनैद ने अपने पास रख लिया था जबकि कोर्ट ने मिलने का आदेश जारी किया था परंतु आरोपी ने प्रार्थनी को बच्ची से मिलने नहीं दिया। इतना ही नहीं बिना बताए दूसरी महिला मुस्कान से निक़ाह भी कर लिया। महिला ने बताया कि 31 मार्च 2025 को देर रात व्हाट्सएप स्टेटस से ज्ञात हुआ कि बच्चे की हालत खराब है परंतु कॉल करने पर कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया। जानकारी हुई है कि 1 अप्रैल को बच्ची की मौत हो गई और प्रार्थनी को बिना बताए दफना भी दिया गया है। जिसकी शिकायत करने थाने पहुंचे तो पुलिस ने डांट कर वहां से भगा दिया महिला ने अपनी बच्ची की हत्या का आरोप लगाते हुए पति जुनैद उसका भाई मैसाद, बहनोई सोहिल व जुनैद की दूसरी पत्नी मुस्कान पर कार्यवाही करते हुए न्याय की मांग की है।
