बरेली । नरेन्द्रपाल सिंह पुत्र श्री ओमपाल सिंह निवासी भुर्जी टोला नई बस्ती थाना आंवला ने पिछले साल 23 अगस्त को पुलिस को सूचना दी कि 22 अगस्त को रात्रि में शिवपुरी सिवाला फैक्ट्री के पास अज्ञात अभियुक्तो द्वारा मेरी मोटर साईकिल के आगे मोटर साईकिल लगाकर मेरी मोटर साईकिल व 4 पुराने व 1 नया मीटर आदि समान लूट कर ले गये। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर अभियुक्त राहुल व विशाल पुत्र ताराचन्द निवासी शिव मंदिर के पास ताड़ीखाना रोड़ आजमनगर थाना कोतवाली का नाम सामने आया। अभियुक्त राहुल को गिरफ्तार कर पूर्व में ही जेल भेजा जा चुका है। अभियुक्त विशाल की गिरफ्तारी हेतु 16 मार्च पर पुलिस ने 25 हजार रुपये का पुरस्कार घोषित किया और आज सुबह तड़के को सिरौली पुलिस ने लीलौर झील के पास विशाल पुत्र ताराचन्द निवासी शिव मंदिर के पास ताड़ीखाना रोड़ आजमनगर थाना कोतवाली को पुलिस मुठभेड़ के दौरान घायल अवस्था में गिरफ्तार किया। अभियुक्त द्वारा पुलिस पार्टी पर जान से मारने की नियत से फायर किया गया, पुलिस द्वारा की गयी आत्मरक्षार्थ फायरिंग में अभियुक्त के पैर मे गोली लगने से घायल हो गया।उसके कब्जे से 1 तमंचा, 1 खोखा कारतूस, 1 जिंदा कारतूस 315 बोर व एक मोटर साइकिल बरामद हुई। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही करते हुए न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश कर जेल भेजा।गिरफ्तार करने वाली पुलिस टीम में थानाध्यक्ष राम रतन सिंह , वउपनि मनोज कुमार , उनि राजकुमार सिंह, उनि अंकित राणा , हेका कुलदीप कुमार , का मोनू कुमार , का भारतवीर मलिक,
का निशान्त चौधरी , का मनोज कुमार मौजूद थे।
