बरेली । लव जिहाद के एक मामले में अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश रवि दिवाकर ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश फास्ट ट्रैक प्रथम रवि कुमार दिवाकर ने मुस्लिम युवक द्वारा हिन्दू लड़की से अपनी पहचान छिपाकर दुष्कर्म करने के मामले में एक युवक को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाने के साथ पिता को 2 साल की सश्रम कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। देवरनिया पुलिस के मुताबिक वर्ष 2023 में वादिनी ने तहरीर बताया था कि उस मुस्लिम युवक आमिल द्वारा प्यार के झूठे वादों में बहकाकर घर तथा होटल में बंन्धक बनाकर बार-बार बलात्कार करने ,मारपीट करने के साथ जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई ।
इस संबंध में थाना-देवरनिया पर धारा 376 (2) 323/504/506 के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था। जिसमें विवेचक निरीक्षक इन्द्र कुमार तत्कालीन प्रभारी निरीक्षक थाना देवरनिया ने विवेचना प कर माननीय न्यायालय में आरोप पत्र दाखिल करने के पर माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा मुक़दमे में आरोपीन आलिम और पिता साबिर के विरूद्ध आरोप पत्र माननीय न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया था , जिसमें अभियोजन पक्ष द्वारा 06 गवाह पेश किए गये, माननीय न्यायालय फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट ने मुक़दमे में दोषी मानते हुए मो0 आलिम को आजीवन कारावास के दण्ड के साथ 1,00,000/- रूपये का आर्थिक दंड लगाया है । साथ ही अर्थदण्ड अदा न करने पर 02 वर्ष का अतिरिक्त सश्रम कारावास की सजा सुनाई । वही आलिम के पिता को 2 वर्ष की सजा भी सुनाई ।
