बरेली। फतेहगंज पश्चिमी क्षेत्र में शुक्रवार की रात व्यापारी शिवओम अग्रवाल से कस्बे में साथ लूट होने से बची थी इस प्रकरण में थाना प्रभारी प्रदीप चतुर्वेदी की टीम ने ने 23 घंटे के अंदर खुलासा कर एक को भेजा जेल।
पुलिस ने एक अभियुक्त को एक तमंचा 315 बोर व एक जिंदा कारतूस 315 बोर सहित किया गया गिरफ्तार।
व्यापारी शिवओम अग्रवाल निवासी साहूकारा कस्बा व थाना फतेहगंज पश्चिमी जिला बरेली ने तहरीर दी कि शुक्रवार शाम अपनी दुकान अग्रवाल ट्रेडर्स को बन्द कर घर जाने के दौरान रास्ते में दुकान के बिक्री के रूपयो का थैला उनसे अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा लूटने का प्रयास किया गया
इस मामले में थाना फतेहगंज पश्चिमी पर अज्ञात में मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था।
अपराध एवं अपराधियों के विरुद्ध चलाये जा रहे अभियान के क्रम में थाना प्रभारी प्रदीप चतुर्वेदी के नेतृत्व में थाना फतेहगंज पश्चिमी टीम द्वारा रविवार को मुखबिर की सूचना पर ब्लाक मोड खोके के पास कस्वा फतेहगंज पश्चिमी से मुकदमा उपरोक्त से सम्बन्धित अभियुक्त भूपेन्द्र सिंह पुत्र नैपाल सिंह निवासी मोहल्ला माली वार्ड 3 कस्बा व थाना फतेहगंज पश्चिमी को एक तमंचा 315 बोर व एक जिंदा कारतूस 315 बोर के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया।
बरामदगी के आधार पर मुकदमा उपरोक्त में धारा आर्म्स एक्ट की बढोत्तरी की गयी।
