बरेली में कांग्रेस को जवाहर लाल नेहरु के मूर्ति लगाने को लेकर मिले जनसमर्थन के बाद कांग्रेसियों के हौसले बढ़े हुए है। इसी क्रम में कांग्रेसियों ने आज उपजा प्रेस क्लब में जवाहर लाल नेहरू की मूर्ति को मिले मीडिया के सहयोग के लिए धन्यवाद दिया साथ ही मीडिया के सामने अपने एजेंडा को भी रखा । कांग्रेसियों ने बताया कि कांग्रेस जनता की स्थानीय समस्याओं के लिए जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी संघर्ष करेगी । इस संबंध में कांग्रेस जिलाध्यक्ष अशफाक सकलैनी ने बताया कि कांग्रेस जनता की समस्या के लिए ज्ञापन ,धरना प्रदर्शन के साथ पदयात्रा करेगी ।पदयात्रा के पूरे जिले में घूमेगी , इस दौरान कांग्रेसी नेता पदयात्रा के दौरान जनता की समस्या करके उनके निराकरण के लिए संघर्ष करेंगे ।वही ब्लॉक में बीडीओ के माध्यम से समस्याओं के सम्बंध में ज्ञापन दिया जाएगा ताकि समस्याओं का समाधान हो सके।कांग्रेस तहसील स्तर पर सम्मलेन करने के साथ एसडीम , जिलाधिकारी ,कमिश्नर को ज्ञापन देकर भी समस्याओं का समाधान करवाएंगे। पार्टी ने यह भी फैसला लिया है पार्टी के पदों पर निष्क्रिय पदाधिकारी है उन्हें पदमुक्त किया जाएगा। अगर प्रशासन उन समस्याओं पर गौर नहीं करता है तो कांग्रेसी अनशन करने से भी गुरेज नहीं करेंगे। अन्य पार्टी के साथ चोरी छिपे काम करने वाले नेताओं को पद मुक्त किया जाएगा। प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में केबी त्रिपाठी , उल्फत सिंह कठेरिया , दिनेश दद्दा , मिर्जा सकलैनी ,प्रेम प्रकाश अग्रवाल सहित कांग्रेस के अन्य वरिष्ठ नेता भी मौजूद रहे।
