मृतक के भाई आनंद प्रकाश ने बताया में रुद्रपुर में रहता हूं मेरे छोटे भाई महेश पाल की पत्नी से तीन साल पहले तलाक हो चुका है घर में मां रामा देवी के साथ अकेला रहता था 31 जनवरी को मां रिश्तेदारी में मरीज को देखने गई थी महेश पाल घर में अकेला था उसने जहर खा लिया हालत गंभीर होने पर उसे निजी अस्पताल भर्ती कराया इलाज के दौरान 2 फरवरी की सुबह को उसकी मौत हो गई मौत की सूचना मिलते ही परिवार में कोहराम मच गया पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम को भेजा।
