बरेली : प्रेमनगर पुलिस ने नाबालिग युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म के आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया हैं। आरोपी युवक पर पुलिस ने पाक्सो अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया था जिसके बाद पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया है।थाना प्रेमनगर प्रभारी निरीक्षक आशुतोष रघुवंशी ने बताया पकड़ में आया आरोपी थाना बिथरी चैनपुर बिचपुरी सेक्टर 7 निवासी प्रभात पटेल पुत्र अनिल पटेल पोक्सो एक्ट में वांछित चल रहा था।
पुलिस ने आरोपी को पीलीभीत रोड के केडीएम इंटर कॉलेज के पास से गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपी ने एक नाबालिग युवती के साथ दुष्कर्म किया जब गर्भवती हो गई तो आरोपी नाबालिग़ युवती के परिवार को जान से मार देने की धमकी देकर फरार हो गया था। इसके बाद नाबालिग युवती के परिजनों ने आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा पंजीकृत कराया था। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ 461/24,65(1) ,351(2), की धारा समेत बीएनएस पोक्सो एक्ट अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया था। इसके बाद पुलिस ने आज आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जाएगा।
